| Field Engineering Support |
Through the dedicated work of our Field Application Engineers (FAEs), Alcan Cable provides you with specialized technical support, sound advice and hands-on assistance regarding the use and application of STABILOY® and NUAL® brand building wire products.
Our FAEs work closely with engineers and contractors to satisfy the requirements of the design, installation, and use of STABILOY® and NUAL® products. They actively participate in the development and dissemination of national, regional, and international codes and standards. FAEs also participate in the educational activities of various trade associations in the electrical industry to exchange ideas and share knowledge with other experts in the field.
In the United States, Alcan's FAEs work closely with a dedicated staff member of Alcan's Manufacturer Representatives, called a STABILOY® Coordinator, who support electrical contractors and design engineers at the local level.
