Alcan Cable’s Multiplexed Overhead Service Cables provide exceptional performance and reliability. Alcan Cable provides a full range of overhead service cables available in constructions of one or more insulated conductors and one bare neutral conductor. Insulation on the phase conductors is available in low-density (PE), high-density (HDPE), and cross-linked (XLPE) polyethylene.

Features

  • Meets or exceeds requirements of ANSI/ICEA S-76-474
  • Constructed of either solid or compressed stranded 1350 H-19 Aluminum, complying with ASTM-B230, B231, and B901
  • Bare neutral conductor of stranded all aluminum, aluminum conductor steel reinforced, or aluminum alloy conductor
  • One or more insulated conductors twisted around the neutral with a right hand lay of 25 to 60 time the diameter of one phase conductor
