Alcan Cable Announces Winners in STABILOY® XHHW-2 “Cracked Up” Contest

Alcan Cable sponsored a promotional contest highlighting the superior flexibility and performance of STABILOY® XHHW-2 aluminum alloy cable in extremely cold weather conditions compared to THHN cable. The cross-linked polyethylene insulation over STABILOY XHHW-2 conductors remains flexible even at temperatures as low as -10° Fahrenheit while the PVC insulation over THHN conductors can become brittle and crack. Congratulations to the four lucky winners who received Mr. Heater® portable heaters:
