Alcan Cable Announces Price Increase Effective August 16, 2010

Dear Valued Customer:

This letter is to inform you that Alcan Cable will increase prices on the following aluminum wire and cable products effective Monday, August 16, 2010:

  • All FeederPlex®, XHHW, USE, SEU, and SER products will increase
    approximately 12%

  • All MC Cable Products will increase approximately 8%

These adjustments are necessary to offset increased costs of aluminum and other manufacturing components of these products.

All quotes and bids will be priced at the new levels beginning Monday, August 16, 2010.
