Pursuant to our announcement dated August 3, 2009, Alcan Cable will make the following adjustments to our published list prices for Utility Bare and Service cable products.

• All Bare ACSR, AAC, AAAC, ACSS, ACAR and Tie Wire products will increase by 18.0%, effective Monday, August, 10, 2009.

• All 600v Underground (URD) and Overhead Service Drop products will increase by 18.0%, effective Monday, August 10, 2009.

All orders will be priced at the new levels beginning Monday, August 10, 2009.
